Send praise and hints
Any user can send praise or hints via LoopNow. To do this, he or she can use the "Direct Feedback" function on their own profile and select the recipient.
Our recommendation: Actively present this function to all employees in the company in order to stimulate the feedback culture. For many, receiving written praise or a tip is a sign of great appreciation. Encourage your colleagues to give each other feedback more often. If necessary, employees can read tips on the topic of feedback on the input mask in LoopNow.
