Independently request feedback

If the module is activated, all LoopNow users can initiate a request on their own profile via the gray "Feedback" button and ask others for an assessment of their behavior. This function is especially useful for managers who want to obtain regular feedback from their team members independently of the HR department and develop their own management style.

Ask the right questions

Managers can access the LoopNow question library at any time to use pre-made questions or create their own (only open-ended questions with a comment field, no scales).

Experience has shown that operational questions - which focus more on work processes than leadership traits - are suitable for introducing regular feedback for both managers and employees. Here are some examples of operational questions/statements from the Question Library under the "Tracking for Managers 1" title:

  • My current priorities are clear to me.

  • I have enough 1:1 time with my manager.

  • My manager has a clear picture of my current challenges.

Employees rate these statements on a 5-star agreement scale. If custom scales are needed, please contact your administrator.

 

Schedule an automated survey

After initiating the survey planning process by clicking on the "Feedback" button on your own profile and selecting the desired questions, you can choose who will be surveyed and when.

You can select individuals or groups/teams to provide feedback, based on the characteristics stored in LoopNow. If you check the "Self-assessment" box, you can fill out the survey yourself (as the person at the center of the survey) and compare your own assessment with third-party assessments.

If you select the "Manager selection" box, your manager will receive an email notification and can select additional feedback providers for the survey on LoopNow.

In the next step, you will create a schedule for the survey. To automate the survey process, it is recommended to set up a repeating survey. This allows you to define how often the survey should be repeated, such as every 30 days, and whether a reminder should be sent to feedback givers automatically by email a certain number of days before the deadline.


You can also choose whether to send an invitation email by default when the survey is started or repeated. To enable this, simply check the "Send notification by email" option.

Tip: The title of the survey can be changed using the three sliders at the top right of the survey title.

 

View results live

The results of the survey can be viewed on one's profile under the "My requests" tab.
