Administrator
As an administrator, you have access to user management and can send surveys to all users in LoopNow. You can export survey data and define which users can view specific results. Additionally, you are responsible for managing the catalog of topics and questions available for surveys.
Manager
In the user administration, you can assign a manager to each user. This information is crucial for sending and evaluating personalized feedback such as 360°, bottom-up, or top-down surveys. The manager information ensures that feedback is provided to the right person and that the results are analyzed accurately.
Team Member
All users can use the Direct Feedback feature to ask for feedback about themselves or send a note of appreciation to others.
However, typically an HR representative takes on the administrator role to set global survey permissions and determine who can view specific results.
